Prepare the Package
Securely pack the timepiece in its original luxury presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films to ensure a full refund.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
