Every Vertex timepiece is covered by a 24-month international warranty from the date of purchase, covering all manufacturing defects and movement issues.

We offer insured global shipping. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours, with delivery taking 3-7 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for all unworn watches in their original packaging with all protective films intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a secure return.
Are Vertex watches water-resistant?
Yes, all our current models feature a minimum water resistance of 10 ATM (100 meters), making them suitable for swimming and snorkeling, though we recommend rinsing with fresh water after salt exposure.
Do you offer servicing and repairs?
We provide full-service maintenance for all our watches. We recommend a movement service every 5 years to ensure the precision and longevity of your timepiece.
